Please observe park speed limit which is 8klm/hr or walking pace

Sites are to be maintained clean and tidy at all times. Please be respectful of others space.

Keep noise to a minimum at all times with no unnecessary noise permitted between 10pm and 8am. 

No excessive alcohol consumption.

No drugs permitted.

This facility is provided for the convenience of our residents.

Please keep this area clean and tidy at all times. Keys to this area will only be provided to an adult and children must be accompanied at all times.

Please respect other occupant's privacy, peace and quiet - this includes any visitors you may have.   

Ensure visitors park their cars in the visitor car park. All visitors are to report to the office.

We ask that sites and cabins be kept clean and tidy at all times and that all rubbish be placed in the appropriate bins located around the park.

Modern amenities are provided for your comfort and convenience. A coin operated laundry with washers and dryers is open daily from 730am to 6pm. We ask that all children be accompanied by an adult when using amenities.

No person is make the park their permanent place of residence without permission. Should you require long term residency please come and speak with us, we have a number of options which can be applied for.

Maximum of 2 cars (trailers etc. included) per site, $5.00 extra charge.

Guests & Residents are responsible for damage caused to the cabin or property of this caravan park, including extra cleaning, excess rubbish costs, failure to return keys/passes and dry cleaning of soiled linen/curtains or blankets and may incur additional costs.  No responsibility of any kind will be accepted for any loss, damage or injury occurred by any means whilst in the park. All damage or maintenance issues are to be reported directly to the office.
